Petitioner(wife) seeks transfer in terms of the

following prayer:

"Transfer the Petition under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the Respondent-Husband in the Court of the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharanpur, titled as Satnam Singh v. Smt. Amandeep Kaur Kahlon, HMA 552/2020 to the corresponding Family Courts at Gurugram, Haryana"

Though served, there is no appearance for the respondent.

We notice that this Court has already granted a stay of further proceedings by order dated 09.10.2020.

It is brought to our notice that the petitioner has two children who are staying at Gurugram.

In such circumstances, we see no reason why the petition should not be allowed. The transfer petition is allowed in terms of the prayer.

Registry will communicate a copy of this order to the transferor Court for effecting compliance.
