It is stated, inter alia, that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, as contrarily observed by the High Court of Guiarat in Paragraph-6 of the impugned order dated 27.05.2022 and that he has been falsely implicated, merely on the statement of a coature Not Verified $\overline{\mathbf{a}}$ used.

Let notice be issued, returnable on 05.09.2022.

Meanwhile, arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed subject to his joining and fully cooperating with the investigation.
