UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Defects in the counter affidavit filed by respondent no.13 not cured despite last opportunity granted. However, four weeks time is granted for the same.

Respondent no.12 has not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity granted.

Respondent nos. 1,2 and 20 have not filed vakalatnama though counter affidavit is filed. As last opportunity four weeks time is granted whereafter no further request for adjournment would be entertained.
