UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Counter affidavit of respondent nos. 3,6,7,8,10,11,15,19,21,29,32 is already on record.

Respondent nos. 4,17,18,23,24,26,30,34,14,16,28 have already failed to enter appearance despite being duly served.

Respondent no.33 is not yet served. Petitioner-in-person to take fresh steps to effect service within four weeks time. Notice thereafter be issued.

Vakalatnama for respondent nos. 1,2 and 20 is still awaited though counter affidavit has been filed.

Respondent no.13 has still to cure the defects in the counter affidavit. Be cured within two weeks time.

Remaining served respondents have not yet filed counter affidavit. It is mentioned that copy of the pleadings have not been provided. Petitioner-in-person to provide the same to all the served respondents within two weeks time and file proof thereof. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.
