It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 22602 of 2014 (Main SLP (C) Nos. 2404524049 of 2013) referred to on list of dates and Annexure P7 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.08.2014 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 21.08.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 2983 of 2014 referred to on Annexure P7 of the paperbooks at page Nos. 215216 was dismissed/disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 28.07.2015 (Copy of the order dated 28.07.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 10.08.2016 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents which are registered as I. A. Nos. 1316 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
