It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Mr. Satya Narayan Shukla, petitionerinperson has on 07092016 filed an application for intervention alongwith and application for permission to appear and argue inperson and supplimentary submissions without filing vakalatnama and memo of appearance in the matter. In the application for permission to appear and argue inperson he has stated in para 3 of the application that he is a retired IAS officer of 1967 batch and a practicing advocate of 13 years of standing but he has not filed any proof regarding enrolment as advocate. Hence, the unregistered applications are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court .
