Respondent No.4 is granted four weeks' time, as last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. Advocate-on-record, Ms. Shriya Maini has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 but it is defective as the counsel has not obtained 'No Objection Certificate' from the present Advocate-on-record. She is directed to take 'No Objection Certificate' as per rules.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.5 and 6 but none has entered appearance.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed Application for deletion in respect of respondent No.2 (dead). The same be processed as per rules and listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
