UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R This Court on 12.02.2021 while disposing the Special
leave petitions inter alia observed as under:
"….We therefore request the High Court to take up the matters for final disposal at its earliest convenience. In any event, the application for vacating stay must be finally disposed within a maximum period of two weeks considering that it was an ad-interim ex-parte order…."
Learned counsel for the petitioners have filed these applications on 16.08.2021, for a direction to the High Court for compliance of the aforesaid Order of this Court.
Now the learned counsel for the petitioners have filed a letter stating therein that the High Court has disposed of the Writ Petitions and the Contempt petitions and hence these applications have become infructuous.
In view of the above, Interlocutory Applications for Direction are dismissed as having become infructuous.
Consequent thereupon, the Misc. Applications also stand disposed of.
