Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Having noticed the order impugned, we see no reason to interfere.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in addition to the application filed under Order 39 Rule 2A of CPC, the petitioner had also filed an application seeking compliance of the order dated 26.08.2015. If that be so, it is Signamer med for the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the High $\frac{17.43}{\text{C}}$ Customer which may consider as to whether in that regard any orders are required to be made.
