As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent No. 2.2.2 has been received back with postal remarks "Unclaimed". Service is deemed complete on the said respondent in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan & Anr (1999), 7, Supreme Court cases 510 and Registrar's Court's Order dated 13.10.2023 passed in T.P(C) No. 2090/2019, still there is no appearance.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent Nos. 2.2.3.
