In SLP(C)No.18520-23/2008 Ld. counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps against the respondents inspite of last opportunity granted. Counsel for the petitioner seeks further time. I am inclined to grant one more opportunity of three weeks time as a last chance on the condition that he deposits Rs.500/- in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee as cost within three weeks and file proof. If steps are not taken within three weeks, place the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber without any further order. If steps taken, issue notice. Await return of notice.
