Both the respondents have been served.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.1 only has been filed, despite that the same counsel is appearing for both the respondents. Counter affidavit for respondent No.2 has yet not come on record. Since it was already the last opportunity, none is otherwise present as on date. Further opportunity for respondent No.2 to file the counter affidavit stands declined.

Sole respondent has already been served in the above-said petitions. Counter affidavit has also been filed. Copy thereof be provided to the other parties.
