It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 2898 of 2015 @ SLP © CC No.10414 of 2014 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27th January, 2015 along with other connected matters when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and tag with SLP © No. 12526 of 2014 (Now registered as Civil Appeal No. 10871 of 2014) and the same is pending for hearing. Copy of the record of proceedings dated 27th January, 2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
