Two weeks time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to serve the sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 667/2022, as process could not be served with remarks "insufficient address". As prayed, dasti, in addition is permitted.

Four weeks time, as a last chance is granted to the sole respondent to file the counter affidavit in remaining matters.
