The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th July, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
"Issue notice, returnable in six weeks. Dasti, in addition to the ordinary process, is permitted. In the meanwhile, operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed."
It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, show cause notice on usual as well as dasti mode has been issued to all three respondents. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are represented through Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate. In respect of respondent No. 1, neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received so far.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti service with proof of service on behalf of all the respondents.
