The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. S. Udaya Kumar Sagar, Advocate on behalf of the petitioner against the Final Judgment and Order dated 18th May, 2011 and 20th March, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in Writ Petition No. 14287 of 2011 and Rev. W.P.M.P. No. 31288 of 2011 respectively. There is a delay of 1399 days in filing and 362 days in refiling the SLPs.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a letter dated Nil stating therein that the documents as pointed out by the Registry are not relevant for the adjudication of the matter. Hence, matter may be listed before the Hon'ble Court at his own risk. Copy of the said letter is already placed at Page No.81 of the SLP Paper Books.
