Issue notice.
According to the petitioners these petitions
need to be disposed of in the same terms as in Transferred Case (C) No.1 of 2022 and connected cases passed by this Court on 21.07.2022.
Ms. Kawal Preet Kaur, learned counsel appearing for the private respondents submits that there are some distinguishing features, which she would like to place on record.
Mr. Anil Grover, learned counsel appearing other respondents, however, would like to counter this plea.
The respective respondents may file reply affidavits within two weeks from today.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, by the petitioners may be filed within one week thereafter.
