Ld.counsel representing the petitioner has stated that Ld.counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.Subrahmanya Prasad has expired. Registry shall issue notice of alternative arrangement to the petitioners accordingly.

List the matter again on 13.04.2016."

It is submitted that no Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 13 so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from the Respondent No. 4 so far.

It is further submitted that alternative arrangement notice has been issued to the petitioners on 3.3.2016. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back from both the petitioners so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete on
