The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 22.8.2016 when the following order was passed :

" Despite last chance having been granted, learned Counsel for the petitioner has not filed vakalatnama. Finally, two weeks' further time is granted to file the vakalatnama of petitioner.

List again on 30.09.2016."

It is submitted that neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back in respect of notice for making alternative arrangement already issued to the petitioner. It is submitted that Mr. Rounak Nayak, appearing counsel on behalf of the petitioner has not filed Vakalatnama & memo of Appearance despite last opportunity was granted by Ld. Registrar Court.

It is further submitted that no Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 13 so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of respondent no. 4

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent no. 4.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
