" Await the return of the service of notice for making alternative arrangement already issued to the petitioners. However, Mr. Rounak Nayak, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama, as last chance.

List again on 22.8.2016."

It is submitted that neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back in respect of notice for making alternative arrangement already issued to the petitioner.

It is further submitted that Mr.Rounak Nayak, counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner, but the counsel has not filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of petitioner so far.

It is further submitted that no Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 13 so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing notice

has been received back from the Respondent No. 4 .

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent no. 4.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
