UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Since the controversy revolves around the mis-management of a family Company, we deem it appropriate to refer the matter to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties, who are closely related to each other.
Let the parties appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 20.09.2022 at 11:00 a.m. We request learned counsel for the parties to co-operate with the Mediator in exploring the possibilities of amicable settlement.
