In view of the amount being asked for by M/s. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, Hyderabad, a new Valuer is required to be appointed.

ORDER

The appellants have given a list of Valuers in I.A. No. 86606/2025. Learned counsel for the respondents may select a Valuer from the said list or may give any list of Valuers to the counsel Signate Server restrict the appellants within a period of seven days from today. In Date: 2008-04.09<br> $18.44$ CMSSe any such list is furnished, it will be open to the appellants to select a Valuer from the said list.

In case the appellants and the respondents are not able to decide on a Valuer, they may approach this Court by way of an appropriate application, which shall be filed within a period of three weeks from today.

It will be open to the Valuer, if appointed, to value the shares on different dates where required and necessary, including in the year 2019. The other terms and conditions of the order dated 09.12.2024 will continue to apply.

I.A. No. 16177/2025 is disposed of in the above terms.

To await the valuation report, re-list the appeal in the week commencing 04.08.2025.
