This Special Leave Petition alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP has been filed by Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Advocate on 19th December, 2014 against the Judgment and Orders dated 27.08.2013 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in OP(CAT) No. 1718 of 2013(Z) which is barred by 389 days.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) .CC …..No. 15627 of 2011 entitled UNION OF INDIA & ORS. Vs. M. SUBARAMANIAM arising out of similar issue was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 17.10.2011, when the Court granted leave and the same was registered as Civil Appeal No. 8883 of 2011 is pending(Copy of the Record of Proceeding dated 17.10.2011 is annexed as Annexure P 5 placed at page no. 69 of the SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The matter alongwith applications abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
