UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Since the correctness of the decision of the High Court of Judicature at Patna holding National Co-operative Consumer Federation of India Limited (NCCF) to be State was pending Reason:
consideration before this Court, these Writ Petitions filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India were entertained by this Court. We have now been apprised that the Appeal challenging the decision of the High Court of judicature at Patna, was dismissed as withdrawn.
Mr. D.K. Garg and Ms. S. Janani, learned advocates appearing for the Petitioners submit that these matters require consideration by this Court.
In the circumstances, we list these matters for consideration on 7th January, 2021 at the end of the Board.
The parties are at liberty to exchange pleadings in the meanwhile.
