UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Mr. S. Niranjan Reddy, learned Senior Advocate, appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Special Leave Petition(s) insofar as the challenge to the impugned judgment and order dated 03.01.2018 passed by the High Court in W.P. No.44356 of 2017 is concerned with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Appellate Court and/or any other remedy which may be available under the law.
The present Special Leave Petition(s) stand(s) dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.
Now, insofar as the challenge to the impugned order dated 11.04.2022 passed by the High Court in Contempt Case No. 1418 of 2020 is concerned, as the proceedings are pending before the High Court, learned Senior Advcoate, appearing for the petitioner(s) seeks permission to withdraw the present Special Leave Petition(s) by submitting that the petitioner(s) shall appear before the High Court in the contempt proceedings and will contest the contempt petition in accordance with law and on its own merits.
