Solicitor General has Learned sought time to obtain Structions with regard to prayers made in the application. With regard to prayer (b), learned Solicitor General submits that the

In view of the above, we direct that the term of Justice Vinay Kumar Jain be extended for a further period of three months from 29.05.2020, for the time being.
