UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R After hearing learned counsel for the parties and in terms of the order dated 18.03.2013 passed by this Court in SLP(C) NO.10137 of 2013, we direct the petitioners to consider the claim of the son of the deceased under Rule 4 of the Policy incorporated in Notification No.G.S.R.I./Const./All 309/2003 dated 28.02.2003, without taking into account the rejection of the application for compassionate appointment relying on the policy dated 01.08.2006 (Annexure P-5).

Subject to the aforesaid, during the pendency of this special leave petition, the operation of the impugned order dated 29.01.2013 passed by the High Court in L.P.A. No.2010 of 2011, shall remain stayed.

I.A. No.1 of 2014 stands disposed of accordingly.
