The ld. Counsel for the petitioner has sought four weeks' time for complying with the order of carrying out the amendment in the cause title in respect of respondent Nos. 8 to 10 as well as for re-issuance of fresh notices to respondent Nos. 4 and 11 to 13. Respondent Nos. 14,15 and 17 to 19 are granted final chance for filing counter affidavit on record. Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5 to 10 has already been filed on record. List again on 31.1.2013.
