UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four weeks time is given to the respondent No. 2 to file the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on the other respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

However, Mr. Manoj Kr. Sinha, Ld. Advocate, has appeared on behalf of Mr. Rameswar Prasad Goyal, Ld. Advocate on Record, for the respondent No.3. He seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit.

List again on 31.07.2017.

Four weeks time is given to the served respondents to file the counter affidavit.

Await the return of service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents.

However, Mr. Manoj Kr. Sinha, Ld. Advocate, has appeared on behalf of Mr. Rameswar Prasad Goyal, Ld. Advocate on Record, for the respondent No.4. He seeks and is given four weeks time to file the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 submits that he has not been provided with the copy of pleadings. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the pleadings within a period of one week and Ld. Counsel for the respondent shall file the counter affidavit within four weeks thereafter.

I.A. for impleadment shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders. Await orders and list thereafter.
