"Permission to file Special Leave Petition(s) is granted. Delay condoned.

The learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the State of Kerala submits that as far as the parties before the High Court are concerned, they are willing to implement the impugned Judgment of the High Court, whereas in the case of others whose appointments had been made on the basis of the decision of the Division Bench of the High Court in "S.N. College Vs. N. Raveendran" reported in (2001) 3 KLT 938, their cases may not be re-opened based on the impugned Full Bench Judgment.

Issue notice to the respondents excluding the petitioner(s) before the High Court, returnable in six weeks. Issue notice on the prayer for interim relief as well.

Mr. Marsook Bafaki, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No. 2 in SLP (C).....CC No. 1559 of 2017."

It is submitted for the information of the Court of Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 through registered A.D. post. Mr. Sayid Marzook Bafaki, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but has not filed counteraffidavit so far. As per tracking report show cause notices have been delivered to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 on 15.2.2017 & 21.2017 respectively but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is submitted for the information of the Court of Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 2 to 10 through registered A.D. post. As per tracking report show cause notices have been delivered to Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. As per tracking report service of show cause notice is awaited in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 and 10.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 4 and 10.

It is submitted for the information of the Court of Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of the order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to all the 20 respondents through registered A.D. post. As per tracking report show cause notices have been served on all the respondents except Respondent Nos. 2, 7, 10, 11 and 20 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2, 7, 10, 11 and 20.
