We heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Ist Respondent. It is brought to our notice by the learned counsel for the Ist Respondent that this is a case where the first round of counseling had already begun and concluded. The matter is now at the stage of where three rounds of counseling are already over. He would also submit that, in fact, the petitioner did not remit Rs.2 Lakh but remitted Rs.1 Lakh. However, we are resting our rejection of the writ petition on the ground that this is a case where the first round of counseling is already over.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
