We have been informed that a number of similar matters are pending consideration before this Court and before the High Court.

**Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the matters pending before the High Court, orders are being passed based upon the decision of the High Court in MFA No.3806/2019, titled as "**The Deputy Commissioner and SLAO Vs. S.V. Global Mill Limited".

Date : 07-02-2025 These petitions were called on for hearing today.

In such view of the matter, we are inclined to stay the aforesaid judgment.

Accordingly, there shall be a stay on the operation of the order passed by the High Court of Karnakata in MFA No.3806/2019.

There shall also be a stay on the operation of the impugned order.
