The dispute pertains to the grant of service benefits between the years 2005 to 2010. According to the petitioners, no benefit of any kind has been granted to them in respect of that period.

It appears that this is because in 2010, they were absorbed in regular service. However, what is to be done for the said five year period of waiting is something to be considered in this
