UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioners in all the matters and learned counsel for respondent in SLP(C) No.17143/2011 are present.

Learned counsel for the appearing respondent in SLP(C) No.17143/2011 submits that the respondents have already filed counter affidavit in the said SLP and in the remaining SLPs the respondents do not wish to file counter affidavit. Item No.86 -2-

Learned counsel for the appearing respondent further submits that she represents for 200 odd respondents in the remaining two SLPs also.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not filed rejoinder affidavit in SLP(C) No.17143/2011. The Hon'ble court had granted only two weeks' time to file rejoinder affidavit.

With respect to SLP(C) No.23105/2011 office report

is incomplete and does not give the service position of the

respondents case-wise and respondent-wise.

Office is directed to prepare a complete and clear report and submit.

List again on 29.9.2011.
