IA Nos. 67307, 67312, 67314 and 67317 of 2020:
The above four applications have been filed by different members of the Appellant Association seeking withdrawal of the undertaking given pursuant to the order of this Court and also to get them disassociated from the Appellant Association limited to the implications. The said applications have been filed in view of the fact that the present applicants have availed the benefit of the Scheme know as Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019.
Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that to avail the benefit of the above Scheme, mandatory requirement is of nonpendency of any litigation.
Learned counsel for the respondent, Union of India has no objection to these applications being allowed, as it is an admitted position that the four applicants have availed the aforesaid Scheme, 2019.
Accordingly, all the above four applications are allowed.
