UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the respondent drew my attention to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No. 1 indicating that there are about seven other cases which have been filed by the Signature Not Verified propositioner herein and which are pending before the concerned Courts 16:10:44 $\overline{IS}$ <br>Reason: as well as the High Court in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, at Srinagar.

Hence, there is no necessity of transferring selectively the two cases which are sought to be transferred as per the prayers made before this Court.

By way of response to the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to file rejoinder affidavit. Hence, the matter is adjourned so as to enable the petitioner to file the rejoinder affidavit.

List the matter on 15th July, 2022.
