It is submitted that counsel for the petitioners has deposited the costs of Rs. 5,000/ in these matters, but has not filed spare copies of SLPs so far. Hence show cause notice could not be issued in theses matters so far.

The above mentioned matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.07.2016 with an office report 30.06.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/ (Rupees Five Thousand) with the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund within a period of four weeks.
Issue notice.

It is submitted that upon depositing the cost of Rs. 5,000/ SLP is registered.

The above mentioned matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copy of SLP for issuance of show cause notice to the sole respondent. Hence show cause notice could not be issued so far.

The above mentioned matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.10.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 23.11.2016 by regd. A.D. post. As per tracking report of Postal Authority, service is effected on Respondent No. 2 but no appearance is filed. In respect of respondent No. 1 service is not effected with postal remarks "Left India".
