to the Standing Counsel for the State of Bihar. Mr. Akshay C. Shrivastava, learned counsel has appeared for the State of Bihar.

We have heard learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner. However, upon our expressing reservations in granting the indulgence of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of accusations, learned senior counsel submits that the petitioner shall stand advised not to proceed with this petition but to take recourse to other appropriate remedies in accordance with law; and with such liberty for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

Permission granted.
