UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER

As a last chance, petitioner is permitted to pay process fee within a week. If process fee is not paid within a week from today, Registry has to list the matter before the Hon'ble Chamber Judge for non-prosecution against unserved respondents. If process fee is paid within a week. Issue notice immediately as per earlier order and list the matter before this Court on 22nd January, 2009. List the matter on 22nd January, 2009.

Served respondent may file Counter Affidavit till then.
