Having regard to the directions issued by the High Court at paragraph 116 of the impugned judgment, the time for vacating from 15:02:52 IST Reason:

the premises is extended by three weeks from today.

The petitioners herein to vacate from the said premises by then. However, there shall be stay of demolition of the buildings till the next date of hearing.

In case, the petitioners do not vacate from their respective premises, the respondent authority is at liberty to seek the assistance of the Police Authority for the said purpose.

List the matter on 27.08.2024.

It is further observed that in case the aforesaid direction is not complied with by the any of the petitioners, then the special leave petition filed by the said petitioner shall stand dismissed automatically with further reference to this Court.
