It is submitted that there are two common respondents in these matters. Mr. Anup Jain, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1. Respondent No. 2 is served with notice at the SLP stage but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

The matters abovementioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 15.09.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Post the appeal before a Three-Judge Bench."

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case in the matters abovementioned so far.
