It is submitted that file of case under Section 27 of the Himachal Pradesh Abolition of Big Landed Estates and Land Reforms Act, 1953 and file relating to Order dated 12.04.1966 where the compensation payable to respondent amounting to Rs.28,000/- in lieu of land held by him has not been received from the State Government till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has assured to submit the aforesaid records in the Registry before the next date of hearing.
