It is submitted that as per Court's order dated 19.08.2015, Manager, State Bank of India, Jhakri Branch, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, given DD for Rs.19,12,485/- in the Registry & the same has been deposited in non-interest bearing account by the Account Branch of the Registry. Orders are solicited to invest the said amount of Rs. 19,12,485/- in interest earning deposit.
