Pursuant to the direction issued by the Land

Acquisition Collector, Nathpa Jhakri, the petitioners herein have deposited a sum of Rs.12,67,969.00 in the nationalized Bank (State Bank of India, Jhakri Branch, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, Himachal Pradesh).

We now direct the Manager, State Bank of India, Jhakri Branch, to transfer the entire amount lying in the form of fixed deposit being F.D.R. No.8126375136-3, with interest thereon to the Registry of this Court within fifteen days' time from today. The Registry is directed to communicate the

direction forthwith to the Bank.
