The office report indicates that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have Deady filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete 14.41:2018 the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 5 and 7 to 10 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks time, as a last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent No. 6.
