<u>Interventive</u> The case was fixed for cross-examination of witness namely, 🖲. Bishwanath Sinha (DW-2) on behalf of State of Kerala but he is today. However, Ld. Counsel Sh. G. Prakash has not present circulated a letter dated 09.02.2025 seeking adjournment on the

pretext that since the witness is pre-occupied with State Assembly Budget Session, therefore, adjournment has been sought with the consent of the Ld. Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Plaintiff). Adjournment is allowed. With the consent of parties let the matter be put up for remaining cross-examination of witness DW-2, Mr. Bishwanath Sinha on 23.04.2025 and 24.04.2025 at 2.00 PM.
