One witness Privesh R. (DW-1) is present. Ld. Counsel for the parties to the suit are present.

Ld. Counsel Sh. G. Prakash has informed that due to some personal reasons it is not possible for the Ld. Senior Advocate to Refear before this Court for cross-examination of the witness, Privesh R. (DW-1) and adjournment is sought for today. The adjournment is not objected to by the Ld. Counsel for the Plaintiff. Not opposed, hence, allowed.
