producing on record the Field Measurement Book (FMB) for Block Nos. 32 and 34. The witness, at this stage, has also requested that he requires some time for seeking the consent of the authorities for producing the said document on record.
Although, in the present case, the next date of cross-examination was 20.07.2023, but, in light of the request of the witness and taking into account the fact that the cross-examination cannot be concluded in one hearing, the matter stands adjourned to 12th, 13th and 14th September, 2023 for recording the remaining crossexamination of the witness and the remaining evidences of the defendants.
It would be appreciated in case, any other witness is to be examined, his affidavit-in-chief is duly supplied on the next date.
