adjournment has been sought with the consent of the ld. Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu. In view of the facts mentioned in the letter seeking adjournment, no fruitful purpose shall be served by adjourning the matter for 23rd and 24th March, 2023, the dates already fixed. Therefore, the present matter stands adjourned to 18th, 19th and 20th of July, 2023 at 2.30 P.M. for evidence of the respondents.
Since the adjournment has been sought by the ld. Counsel for the respondent, the ld. Counsel is requested that in case any other witness is to be examined, the examination-in-Chief of the said witness be positively tendered by the next date and it is also desired that the presence of Shri Priyesh R is procured so that his cross-examination can be duly concluded. In case any documents are desired to be filed by the respondent, the same be also filed on the said dates with an advance copy to the ld. Counsel for the petitioner. It is also made clear that any further adjournment on the same pretext shall not be granted for the same purpose.
