SLP(C) No.69/2014 Ld.counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 are present. Ld.counsel for the respondent No.1 has stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to him by the petitioner. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the Ld.counsel for the respondent No.1 within a week's time. The respondent shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

What gets revealed from the perusal of the office report is that unserved covers containing notices sent to the respondent Nos. 4 and 21 have been received back with postal remarks "not known and insufficient

address". Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to to file the fresh particulars of the said respondents within a week's time. He shall also take fresh steps within the same period for the service of notice to them. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents.
